BBC PHILHARMONIC: GORDON world premiere - Anima Mia

The BBC Philharmonic, conductor John Storgårds and soloist Roberto Giaccaglia will give the world premiere of Geoffrey Gordon's Anima Mia, a special commission from BBC Radio 3. The work is inspired by the avant garde Swiss artist HR Giger, and shares the program with works by Arvo Pärt and Frank Martin, as well as the Enigma Variations of Edward Elgar.
